The Libary of the 13th Divison

Jace enetered the libary just as he was finishing the book he had when he was inturupted by the brute of the 11th divison. He then sat in between two tables. One had man books and then another had around 15 20 books on it. he sat down and place the book down on the almost empty table and pick a book off the table with many books on it. he then began to read. Flipping through pages as if skimming but remembering every word on every page.

Jace suddeny felt a fluck of spirit energy coming from the 11th divison. Most ikly kidou. Jace shot up from his table leaving the book behind for once. Kidou in the 11th divison was like expecting money to fall from the sky. It never happened unless somehting bad was happening.
